Located on 1st Avenue, the Showbox Concert Hall features a multi-level floor plan, awesome sightlines and standing-room for up to 1,100 people or 300 to 600 people seated. There’s four full bars, a professional kitchen and complete house sound and lighting systems.
First opening doors in 1939, the Showbox has celebrated everything from jazz to grunge and the list of artists who’ve graced the stage is truly impressive. Duke Ellington, Muddy Waters, the Ramones, Soundgarden and Pearl Jam are just a small sample. In 2019 the Showbox was granted landmark status, ensuring its preservation.
